Commerz Real to acquire student residence in Barcelona from Henderson Park and Hines for $114m.

Commerz Real, a provider of investment and asset management services, agreed to acquire student residence in Barcelona from Henderson Park, a pan-European private equity real estate manager, and Hines, a privately owned global real estate investment, for $114m. "22 @ Barcelona is one of the largest urban regeneration plans in Europe and is famous for its innovation. We are delighted to play our role with more than 75,000 square meters under development in this dynamic center, with the student residence project as the mainstay.
