FSN Capital-backed Kjell & Company to acquire AV-Cables.dk.

FSN Capital-backed Kjell & Company, a Swedish store chain, agreed to acquire AV-Cables.dk, an online retailer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Through the acquisition, we strengthen the operations of both firms. Kjell & Company and AV-Cables complement each other in both product offering and geographic reach with a shared passion for our customers.
