Triovest Realty Advisors completed the acquisition of Iron Street logistics centre from Mantella for $125m.

Triovest Realty Advisors, an operator of real estate advisory and capital firm, completed the acquisition of Iron Street logistics centre, a logistics storage center from, Mantella, a commercial real estate company, for $125m. The largest of the two buildings is 339k square feet, features clear ceiling heights of 22 to 23 feet and has 46 shipping doors. The second building is 183k square feet with 22-foot clear ceilings.
