ECM Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of ACADEMY Holdings, ACADEMY Holding AG (‘ACADEMY Group’ or the ‘Group’), a provider of invoicing, factoring, driving instructor training and franchise services in the German driving school market. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Having ECM on board opens up new opportunities for us.
