Alma Media to acquire the remaining 16% stake in Alma Career from Monster Worldwide for €58.5m.

Alma Media, a Finnish media and digital service business company, agreed to acquire the remaining 16% stake in Alma Career, a provider of online recruitment services, from Monster Worldwide, a global employment firm, for €58.5m. Simplifying the ownership structure will clarify and support the development of Alma Career’s recruitment business in accordance with Alma Media’s strategy.
