Superga Beauty completed the acquisition of Cosmeurop from L'Oreal.

Superga Beauty, a cosmetics manufacturing company, completed the acquisition of Cosmeurop, a perfumes production plant, from L'Oreal. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the acquisition of the Cosmeurop site from L'Oreal, the Superga Beauty group is accelerating its development and pursuing its industrial investments in France . Already the owner of five industrial sites, the subcontractor is now involved in the entire beauty production chain: maceration, manufacturing, filling, copacking and full service. “This operation represents a major step. We are going to develop massively in perfume by bringing to the market this extraordinarily powerful tool for perfume groups," Leslie Bréau Meniger, Superga President.
