Management of Sagitta Pharma, a wholesaler and distributor of medical supplies to laboratories and pharmacies, Isatis Capital, a private equity firm, and BNP Paribas Développement, a Paris-based bank, completed their acquisition of the company from A Plus Finance, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
