Healthtech Solutions, a cloud-based software for ultrasound technology company, completed the acquisition of Varian Biopharmaceuticals, an oncology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Varian Bio is at the leading edge of cancer treatment technology, and it is an honor to have them join our portfolio. The fact that they are developing therapies to target difficult-to-treat cancers such as pancreatic cancer demonstrates just how innovative their team is.
