Hyle Capital Partners to acquire 70% of a stake in Manuzzi for $23.4m.

Private equity firm Hyle Capital Partners agreed to invest in Manuzzi, a company engaged in the packaging and distribution of exotic, dehydrated fruit and nuts for $23.4m. The transaction is expected to close by the end of April 2021. The closing of this transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
