Oak Hill Capital completed the acquisition of Ontario & Trumansburg Telephone Companies.

Oak Hill Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Ontario & Trumansburg Telephone Companies, the largest independently-owned telephone company in New York State. Financial terms were not disclosed.
