Aquila, an independent investment management company with headquarters in Hamburg, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Ourique, an unlevered Portuguese solar operating asset. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Ourique is an excellent addition to AERIF's portfolio and will directly contribute to its dividend cover.
