DigiHealth, an innovative healthcare solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Pharmarack, an integrated Healthcare Technology platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Pharmarack acquisition will help the company to develop a world-class pharmaceutical supply chain and distribution information technology ecosystem and support the government’s national digital health mission.
