Pacteon, a provider of end-of-line packaging automation services, and GenNx360, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Phoenix Wrappers, a manufacturer of stretch wrappers and stretch wrapping equipment with a full line of semi-automatic stretch wrap machines.
