Pacteon and GenNx360 to acquire Phoenix Wrappers.

Pacteon, a provider of end-of-line packaging automation services, and GenNx360, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Phoenix Wrappers, a manufacturer of stretch wrappers and stretch wrapping equipment with a full line of semi-automatic stretch wrap machines. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As we advance into our next phase of strong growth, we are extremely excited to be joining the Pacteon family.
