Platinum Equity-backed Deluxe to acquire the Digital Fulfillment Business of Sony.

Platinum Equity-backed Deluxe, a global provider of digital and cloud-based solutions, agreed to acquire the Digital Fulfillment Business of Sony, a Japanese multinational conglomerate. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to welcome the Sony NMS team and customers into the Deluxe family. We believe we have created a best in class servicing and tech team.
