Shinsegae completed the acquisition of W Concept from IMM Private Equity and ISE Commerce for $241m.

Shinsegae, a South Korean department store franchise, completed the acquisition of W Concept, a women's online fashion platform, from IMM Private Equity and ISE Commerce, an electronic commerce business in South Korea, for $241m. The deal with Shinsegae came as W Concept is trying to foster its own brand and expand its product line to luxury goods and beauty products.
