Solaris completed the acquisition of CNB Yacht Builders from Bénéteau Group.

Solaris, a manufacturer of yachts, completed the acquisition of CNB Yacht Builders, which builds sailing and motor yachts, from Bénéteau Group, a manufactured home company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Moving forward, the synergies between these two brands will benefit the development of new models, while respecting each one’s identity. Illustrating this, the CNB 8X will be unveiled in a few weeks’ time, pioneering a new age for CNB yacht builders.
