Blue Road Capital to acquire Sweet Harvest Foods from Peak Rock Capital.

Blue Road Capital, an independent private equity firm, agreed to acquire Sweet Harvest Foods, a distributor and processor of honey and other sweeteners, from Peak Rock Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Sweet Harvest represents an exciting opportunity to invest in a category leader within the attractive honey and natural sweeteners industry.
