La Mobilière, a private insurance company, completed the acquisition of Flatfox, an operator of a digital real estate marketplace, from Ringier Digital Ventures, a venture capital firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With la Mobilière as our core partner and working together with aroov, we can combine our talents to expand our market and develop new products as we seek to exploit the full potential of the digital tenancy market," Bernhard Mäder, Flatfox CEO.
