EagleTree Capital-backed FuseFX to acquire Rising Sun Pictures.

EagleTree Capital-backed FuseFX, a full-service, award-winning visual effects company with studios in Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Vancouver, Montréal, Toronto, and Bogotá, agreed to acquire Rising Sun Pictures, a visual effects studio headquartered in Adelaide, Australia.
