Buckeye Partners and Nala Renewables to acquire a majority stake in Swift Current Energy.

Buckeye Partners, an independent pipeline common carrier of refined petroleum products, and Nala Renewables, an operator of an energy investment company, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Swift Current Energy, a partner-owned renewable energy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This strategic partnership offers an exciting opportunity to further advance critical renewable energy generation and storage development projects across the United States while growing this platform.
