Park Holiday to acquire Bridge Leisure from Phoenix.

Park Holiday, a holiday park operator, agreed to acquire Bridge Leisure, a holiday park operator in the UK from Phoenix, a mid-market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are grateful to Phoenix for their help and support over the last six years. Their experience in the leisure sector, coupled with their buy-and-build expertise, has enabled us to treble in size and significantly enhance the experience for holidaymakers at our wonderful parks.
