Northeast Drinks completed the acquisition of Vermont Cider from C&C Group for $20m.

Northeast Drinks, a privately owned holding company, completed the acquisition of Vermont Cider, a hard cider maker, from C&C Group, a manufacturer, marketer and distributor of alcoholic drinks, for $20m. “New ownership comes at an exciting time for the company as Woodchuck celebrates its 30th anniversary and has demonstrated healthy growth in 2020, which has continued this year, with depletions trending +26% over the past 90 days.
