MasterGrid to acquire Ircamex.

MasterGrid, a manufacturer of electrical equipment and provider of equipment handling services, agreed to acquire Ircamex, a provider of sulfur hexafluoride leaks detection and repair services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very happy with this strategic merger. The innovative solutions provided by Ircamex perfectly complement our offer.
