Bluenergy group-backed Rettagliata Tech Srl, a company specializing in assistance and management services for centralized systems for condominiums, agreed to acquire business unit of thermal plants and the energy services industry of MOL group-backed Panta Distribuzione, a special fuel company. Financial terms are not disclosed.
