PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure completed the acquisition of 3000 towers of PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera for $280m.

Tower Bersama Infrastructure, a telecommunications support services company, completed the acquisition of 3000 towers of Inti Bangun Sejahtera, a provider of telecommunication infrastructure, for $280m. “This acquisition adds additional revenue and EBITDA to our business. We continue to focus on delivering strong financial and operational results and acquisitions of high quality tower portfolios complement our organic growth strategy,” commented Hardi Wijaya Liong, Tower Bersama Infrastructure CEO.
