Vignal Group completed the acquisition of SESALY.

Vignal Group, a company that specialized in designing, manufacturing and marketing of lighting and safety products and systems for industrial and commercial vehicles, completed the acquisition of SESALY, a French manufacturer that designs standard and bespoke security equipment for industrial vehicles, trains and buses & coaches. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Vignal is pursuing its growth strategy through targeted acquisitions to strengthen itself in technological fields and / or acquire new product lines.
