IHS Towers, one of the largest independent owners, operators and developers of shared telecommunications infrastructure in the world, agreed to acquire Brazilian and Colombian tower operations of Centennial Towers, an independent developer, owner and operator of wireless communications towers in Latin America. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Following our recent acquisition of Skysites in Brazil, I am delighted to announce the acquisition of a third Latin American tower operator.
