KLAR Partners completed the acquisition of ISS Kanal Services from ISS Schweiz.

KLAR Partners, a private equity company focused on investments in companies operating in business services and light industrials, completed the acquisition of ISS Kanal Services, an underground infrastructure maintenance service provider, from ISS Schweiz, a facility services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very pleased to have completed the acquisition of ISS Kanal Services.
