SS&C Technologies, Vistra Group and Apex Group to acquire Mainstream Group for $225m.

SS&C Technologies, a global provider of services and software for the financial services and healthcare industries, Vistra Group, a provider of expert advisory and administrative support to Fund, Corporate, Capital Market and Private Wealth clients, and Apex Group, a provider of fund administration services, agreed to acquire Mainstream Group, a specialist third party administrator for the financial services industry, for $225m. "Mainstream Group's fund and superannuation services complement SS&C's extensive administration offerings in Australia and throughout the world and demonstrate great revenue growth potential," Bill Stone, SS&C Chairman and CEO.
