Investcorp and Trilantic North America completed the acquisition of RoadSafe Traffic Systems from ORIX Capital Partners.

Investcorp, a global provider and manager of alternative investment products, and Trilantic North America, a growth-focused middle-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of RoadSafe Traffic Systems, a provider of traffic control and pavement marking services, from ORIX Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Private capital will play a crucial role in rebuilding and modernizing US infrastructure and we are thrilled to partner with the RoadSafe and Investcorp teams to strengthen this entrepreneurial business' leadership position in a highly fragmented industry," Charles Fleischmann, Trilantic North America Partner.
