Investcorp, a global provider and manager of alternative investment products, and Trilantic North America, a growth-focused middle-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of RoadSafe Traffic Systems, a provider of traffic control and pavement marking services, from ORIX Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
