Costa Food Group completed the acquisition of Roler.

Costa Food Group, a conglomerate present in the agri-food, renewable energy, automotive, chemical and real estate industries, completed the acquisition of Roler, a meat group in Spain. Financial terms were not disclosed. Roler, with plants in Extremadura and Catalonia, adds 500 employees to Grupo Empresarial Costa, making it one of the largest meat groups in Spain. Roler is also aligned with Costa Food Group’s sustainability values and is working on the reduction of plastic in packaging and on compliance with and respect for current animal welfare standards.
