Matas completed the acquisition of Apo-IT and Web-Apo Aps for c.$14m.

Matas, a wholesaler of cosmetics and consumer health care products, completed the acquisition of Apo-IT and Web-Apo Aps, two IT and sourcing companies, for c.$14m. “Demand for health products has exploded in recent years – not least online. That is why we are now taking the natural next step for Firtal with the acquisition of a health tech platform and a colloboration with Denmark’s leading online pharmacy," Brian Andersen, Matas Director of E-commerce.
