Rainier Partners completed the acquisition of Calpine Containers.

Rainier Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Calpine Containers, which distributes innovative and quality packaging. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Calpine has a well-earned reputation as a dependable partner to its customers.
