TrillerNet to acquire FITE and Amplify.ai.

TrillerNet, a company consolidating technology and content platforms to lead the move to Internet 3.0, agreed to acquire FITE, a streaming platform for sports and entertainment, and Amplify.ai, a global provider of conversational AI and brand amplification. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Triller has an exceptionally visionary executive team that is revolutionizing the world of sports and entertainment.
