Edison completed the acquisition of Hydro Dynamics for $18m.

Edison, an Italian energy operator, completed the acquisition of Hydro Dynamics, a developer of thermal and electrical energy plants, for $18m. "The acquisition of the Hydro Dynamics plants is an operation that contributes to the consolidation of Edison in a Region, that of the Aosta Valley, which has great potential for the development of the hydroelectric sector and in which a historic operator like us, who built the country's first hydroelectric plants at the end of the 19th century, can bring great skills in terms of managing renewable resources and sharing benefits with local communities," Marco Stangalino, Edison Executive Vice President of Power Asset.
