Align Capital-backed Alliance Technical Group, a provider of air quality testing, monitoring and source emissions testing services, completed the acquisition of O’Brien & Gere, a provider of integrated engineering solutions, from Ramboll, a provider of source emission testing and ambient air monitoring services. “The Ramboll Air Testing and Monitoring team brings additional talent and expertise to our complex source testing and ambient air monitoring teams.
