Golden Gate Capital to acquire Waterfield Midstream.

Golden Gate Capital, an American private equity firm, agreed to acquire Waterfield Midstream, a provider of midstream infrastructure solutions in the Permian Basin. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have an outstanding relationship with Jay and the highly-respected Stonehill team, and are delighted to work with them again.
