Sinopec Capital completed the investment in LanzaTech.

Sinopec Capital, a private equity investment company, completed the investment in LanzaTech, a developer of alternative energy technologies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "LanzaTech represents the world-leading carbon recycling company. It is the strategic move for Sinopec Capital, through investment in LanzaTech, to invest in the bio-chemical value chain and debut in the international market of new energy and new materials.
