Tech Mahindra completed the acquisition of DigitalOnUs for $120m.

Tech Mahindra, an Indian provider of IT and business process outsourcing services, completed its acquisition of DigitalOnUs, a technology services firm focused on providing DevOps++ services, for $120m.
