Endless to acquire Findel Education from Studio Retail Group for £30m.

Private equity firm Endless agreed to acquire Findel Education, an ecommerce led supplier of educational resources and equipment to schools and nurseries, from Studio Retail Group, a British home shopping company, for £30m. "We are delighted to be backing Chris, Mark, Martin and the entire Findel Education team to deliver our shared vision for the business and look forward to working closely with them in the coming years.
