WAC Lightning to acquire Schonbek brand from Swarovski Lighting.

WAC Lightning, a lighting company, ahreed to acquire Schonbek brand, a brand, offering lighting, from Swarovski Lighting, a company that designs and manufactures crystal chandeliers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “My family and I were thrilled to hear this news.
