Venezio Investments and Nanofilm Technologies to create the joint venture.

Venezio Investments, a Temasek subsidiary, and Nanofilm Technologies, a nanotechnology solutions provider, agreed to create the joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. This venture seeks to bring about a "tipping point" in the mass commercial adoption of the proprietary technology and fast-track the commercialization of a wide range of fuel cell applications.
