Private developer Berkeley DeVeer and investment firm Elliott Advisors agreed to acquire Avant Homes, a private residential property developer, for £498m (c.658m). "The investment by Berkeley DeVeer and Elliott Advisors marks another exciting chapter for Avant Homes and is a clear endorsement of our growth potential.
