Karrié to acquire Implenia Instandsetzung.

Karrié, an investment holding company, agreed to acquire Implenia Instandsetzung, a provider of building repair and refurbishment services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As an integrated construction service provider, Implenia wants to build up skills in upstream project phases and focus on complex, large-scale projects. In the future, we will increasingly obtain specialized partial services such as repairs from external partners. Karrié Bau wants to position itself strategically in this niche. The maintenance staff will find ideal conditions there to develop optimally," Christian Späth, Implenia Head of Civil Engineering Division.
