Atos, a French multinational information technology service and consulting company, agreed to acquire Processia, a global consulting and system integrator. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Processia has impressive capabilities and an excellent reputation. They will complement the PLM and Engineering Services portfolio of the Atos Manufacturing practice extremely well.
