Blackstone-backed Sportium, a gambling, and betting services company, completed the acquisition of Unidad Editorial Juegos, a provider of gambling and betting services, from Unidad Editorial. Financial terms were not disclosed. The sports betting firm, a brand of Cirsa Gaming Corporation, gained control of the Spanish company, which will be rebranded as Bet On Red Digital.
