Pavilion Capital, a private equity firm, led a S$235m($177m) private funding round in Cityneon, a global entertainment company specializing in unique and experiential experiences. The round had participation from investors Seatown Holdings, EDBI, CITIC Capital and Cityneon’s Executive Chairman Ron Tan. Investments position the Group well to bring experiences across the globe, targeting to launch six experiences in China and five in the US by the end of 2021, with more in other parts of the world.
