Carlyle Group-backed Unison to acquire PRICE Systems.

Carlyle Group-backed Unison, the provider of contract management, program management, and acquisition software, agreed to acquire PRICE Systems, a global provider of advanced model-based cost engineering software. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our customers' mission-critical programs continue to grow more complex.
