Centuria Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Bass Capital, an Australian mid-market real estate debt and investment manager, for $24m. “For the past three years we have partnered with Bass Capital across a number of lending opportunities and have confidence in the team’s abilities and its business model.
