Bloom & Wild completed the acquisition of Bloomon.

Bloom & Wild, a UK online florist, completed the acquisition of Bloomon, an online retail platform intended to deliver quality flowers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a great deal for both companies, all team members and our customers.
